We are not able at this time to have School Out Days for the first semester of 2020-21 school year. Our Holiday Camps are planned for Dec. 21-23 & 28-31. 

Lunch Menu for Upcoming Holiday/School's Out Camps:

**Packing is encouraged for anyone with severe food allergies or picky eaters. We do offer a discount to anyone who packs lunch with pre-billing notice.*

2020-21 School Year Pricing

  • $85/day (9:00am-4:00pm) **includes all lunches, field trips, activities and in-house entertainment
  • No-Lunch Option Daily: $80/day
  • Walk-in Price: $95/day

Before and After Care

  • BEFORE Care (7:00-9:00am) $5/day - snack served between 7:30-7:45
  • AFTER Care (4:00-6:00 pm) $5/day - snack served between 5:00-5:30


  • Ages 5-12 (Kindergarten-7th Grade), Boys and Girls!
  • Those entering Kindergarten in Fall 2021 are allowed to register for Holiday and School's Out Camps as they are eligible for Summer Camp 2021!


  • 20% sibling discount applied after registration (1st child pays full fare; each add'l child receives 20% discount)

2020-21 Holiday Camp Information

Monday, December 21 - "Holidaze"
The big day is almost here, so join us for a super fun holidaze camp! We will make ornaments, have a snowball really race, create a snowman treat and so much more!

Tuesday, December 22 - "Candy Factory"
Candy is not just for eating!~ We will explore a variety of activities that can be done with candy including science experiments, art, a candy cane hunt and carnival games with a candy twist. The day will be rounded out by creating a ginger bread treat to take home and enjoy.

Wednesday, December 23 - "Polar Express"
All aboard the Polar Express! Join us in your pajamas for a fun filled day of games, stuffed animal creating and end the day with the movie Polar Express and treats. 

Monday, December 28 - "Penguins & Polar Bears"
Winter favorites! We'll be going on a polar bear swim as well as a penguin scavenger hunt. Snow cones are on the icy menu along with snow shoe relay races. We will be doing a little ice fishing, a polar bear craft and creating snow dough. 

Tuesday, December 29 - "Ninja Warrior Nerf Wars"
Test both your ninja warrior and Nerf skills on this adrenaline filled day! We will divide into teams, red vs. blue and spend the day enjoying a little friendly competition!

Wednesday, December 30 - "Luau Day"
ALOHA! Let's escape the chilly December day by having our own luau fun! We will hula with hula hoops, play beach ball volleyball and play a special game of musical leis!

Thursday, December 31 - "New Year's Eve Day Fun"
We won't wait until midnight to celebrate bringing in 2021! Make a fun 2021 necklace, have our own New Years dance party and even have a minute to win it competition!


LIT - Leaders in Training Program

Department Leader

Julie Halusek

Julie will be overseeing our camp department as well as coordinating the Virtual Academy that will be beginning for Kids First families at home.

Julie joins the Kids First team after serving at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati for the last 10 years and Mercy Healthplex in the years prior. She graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. She has worked in the recreation field for the last 20 years running sports, camps, aquatic, fitness and membership programs.

Julie is happily married to her husband of 18 years and they have three sons, ages 15, 11 and 9. They all three enjoy playing sports including lacrosse, soccer and baseball. Her children were participants in Tumble Bees when they were little. Julie says, "I love the memories that we made at Kids First. I want to be a part of making memories for other children and their families."

Julie also said, "I want to make summer camp a great experience for kids and parents. I want kids to walk away learning something new and wanting to come back each day excited to be here. I want them to have a friend and feel welcome each day at camp." We are so happy to have Julie joining our team! When you see her for the first time, stop and say hello! smile
