Dear Kids First Parents,
As Founding President of Queen City Gymnastics Center, Inc., dba Kids First Sports Center, my most important responsibility is to ensure that the Kids First Mission—to build happy, healthy, responsible kids—permeates everything we do. To that end, if ever I can do anything to help your children have a more rewarding experience at Kids First please do not hesitate to contact me personally at 513.489.7575.
It is important that you read and understand this entire enrollment information.
ENROLL: Online - quickest; In person and by phone - we’ll walk you through the procedures. We are a year round school with no long-term commitments. You may enroll or un-enroll anytime. Tuition is prorated in weekly increments based on your enroll and un-enroll dates.
MONTHLY TUITION: Tuition is paid monthly via direct debit from any major credit or debit card on the 15th day of the (preceding) month. Declined payments (expired card, etc.) must be remedied on or before the 20th day of the month or you risk losing your class spot to a waiting student. Tuition is budgeted on a 48 week year which allows for a Holiday Break in December as well as a Summer Break. We do not charge more for ‘long’ months nor less for ‘short’ months. Over the year, all 12 months average four weeks.
WE DO NOT INVOICE: Monthly tuition reminders will NOT be sent. We will notify you by email if your tuition is unable to process or is not received.
$35 LIFETIME FAMILY ADMINISTRATION FEE: For four decades this fee has been paid annually. Our new, streamlined Easy-Enroll! Easy-Pay! allows us to charge this fee only ONCE, upon initial enrollment. This fee covers software, web fees and other administrative costs.
20% FAMILY DISCOUNT: When more than one immediate family member is enrolled at the same time, ONLY the most expensive tuition in your family pays full fare; ALL lesser tuitions are discounted 20%! (non-Kids First programs excluded).
To opt out of direct debit, simply pay your tuition using any alternative method of payment at least 24 hours in advance of the 15th and your card on file will not be charged.
JOINING: Enroll anytime.
CHANGING class day, time, or program is permitted at any time during your enrollment as long as there is room in the desired class. Tuition increases could apply. No refunds or credits will be given when transferring an enrollment. Your tuition will simply be transferred to the new class or program.
UN-ENROLLING: To un-enroll from class, you must submit your request to un-enroll in writing including the future date of your last desired class. Upon receiving your request, we will update your enrollment accordingly. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.
MEDICAL REASONS: For medical conditions validated by a medical practitioner’s written statement, a prorated credit will be issued based upon the date the statement was received (requests after-the-fact eliminate Kids First’s opportunity to fill a vacated class spot). Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Kids First Sports Center will be closed the following holidays:
- Easter Sunday
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Halloween/October 31st - no classes after 3pm
- Thanksgiving Day
- Holiday/Winter Break - 2 weeks over Christmas and New Years (see Year Round Calendar for exact dates)
- 1 week break in Spring and 1 week break in Fall (see Year Round Calendar for exact dates)

Follow the instructions and fill out forms to create your account.
Current & Former Students/Families:
- Go to the Parent Portal (Login button also located on the top purple bar)
- Enter your email address and click on Forgot Password
- A temporary password will be emailed to you. Reenter the email address and temporary password
- From here you will be prompted to sign off on our waiver and permission documents
- Ready, Set, Go: Click "Find A Class" and use the filters to find the appropriate class
