We would like you to meet our unparalleled Hospitality Team, the Heart of Kids First! Located just inside the main entrance, you will find us waiting to answer your questions and help with anything you need.

Enrollment:

  • Enrollment is ongoing. You may enroll and un-enroll as you wish with no long term commitment.
  • You may make changes to day/time/program anytime through Team Hospitality!

  • You may enroll up to 10 days before your desired start date. We are unable to hold spots in advance.
You are financially responsible for your class enrollment(s) UNTIL YOU FORMALLY UN-ENROLL.

  • Unenrolling is easy…see un-enroll link below.

$35 Admin Fee

This fee covers your entire family and is paid ONLY ONCE, upon your initial enrollment. This fee helps us defray costs such as software, web fees, and other admin costs.

Multiple Class 20% Discount

Only ONE tuition (the highest) in your family pays full price. ALL lesser Kids First tuitions in your family are discounted a full 20%!
*Tumble Bee's 6mo-Pre-Walking class does not receive an addtional 20% discount due its already steeply discounted tuition.

100% Guarantee

For Brand New students, Kids First will happily refund 100% of your first month's tuition should you not be completely delighted with your Kids First experience. We also allow 1 free trial class in programs you have not tried before.

NOTE: we do not offer trial lessons in our swim school. It often takes multiple visits to build trust and confidence (water can be scary for some children at first)! If after 1 month, you are dissatisfied, our 100% guarantee will be honored.

Make Ups

  • We seek to be liberal and offer make-ups wherever possible however we cannot guarantee make-ups in all classes in all programs at all times of the year.
  • A STUDENT MUST BE  BE ACTIVELY ENROLLED to be be eligible for a make-up.
  • You may request to schedule a make-up anytime within 7 days of your desired make-up date
  • The eligibility for a make-up expires four weeks after the missed class.
  • WE APOLOGIZE, THERE ARE NO CREDITS NOR REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES.

Tuition
(you may enroll or unenroll at your convenience)

  • Tuition is pro-rated based on your start date.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.
  • Participation requires that you create an online account with a card on file.

  • Tuition is auto-debited on the 25th of every month preceding the activity. (example: tuition for March will be auto-debited on February 25th)

  • Tuition is auto-debited for as long as you are actively enrolled. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UNENROLL TO STOP THE AUTO-DEBITING PROCESS.

  • To avoid an auto-debit on your credit card simply submit your choice of alternate payment ON OR BEFORE THE 24th of the month preceding the activity.
  • WE APOLOGIZE, THERE ARE NO CREDITS NOR REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES

Tuition remains the same for every month of the year. Your tuition pays for an educational experience and not a specified number of classes. In any given year, some months have four classes and some months have five classes. On occasion, there will be a month with three classes for one reason or another. Over a year, typically, the average is slight over four classes per month. We make no distinction between long months and short months and we ask you do the same.

Un-Enrollment

  • Must be submitted by email (link below).

  • Please include students name, program, your desired last class date & any feedback.

  • We do not credit or refund for past missed classes.

  • Un-Enrollments submitted after the 25th of a month for all or part of the following month will result in a full or prorated credit to your Kids First account only.
  • Please un-enroll before the 25th to avoid (or pro-rate!) payment for the following month.

F.A.Qs.

Do you offer open gym play?

The only public open gym occurs on the 3rd Sat of every month for students 6 yrs and under within our Tumble Bee Pre-School gymnastics gym. You must create an account and pre-register online to attend. Our main focus is to educate children through instructional programming.

What do I do if weather is bad on my class day?

If imminent weather is approaching we will update our website first and foremost with any closure decisions per the “Weather” tab at the top of the homepage. Please do not call. Team Hospitality receives their info from the website. We do NOT align with any school system. Driving conditions vary greatly over KF's tri-state market base. Please BE SAFE and make your own driving decisions based on your location, vehicle and comfort level. Should you choose not to drive to your class we will happily help facilitate a make up. Your safety is our priority.

Can I drop my child off for class?

Children 6 yrs and under require a responsible adult to be in the building at all times.
For children 7 yrs and older, you may use your discretion as to whether or not you choose to leave the premises. Please note that teachers are not responsible for children before or after their class time. Should your child need to use the restroom during class, your child will need to take themselves to the restroom and back to class independently if you are not here. Teachers will not escort your child to the bathroom. Please make your decision based on your comfort level and trust in your child’s own responsibility.  Should you leave the premises, we do ask that you also ensure updated contact information in the event we or your child need to call you.

For parents dropping off and picking up at the entrance through our drop off car line, please note a few rules…

  1. We do not allow children to wait for you outside on the sidewalk. Children must wait in our designated waiting benches just inside the main doors. Your child can see you pull up from there. If a staff member sees your child waiting outside, they will ask them to return inside.

  2. The drop off line is a 30 sec drop off/pick up. Please do not sit in this lane waiting for your child to be ready. If your child is not ready for pick up, please either circle around or find a parking spot to wait. Better yet, park your vehicle and come inside to retrieve your child.

Do you accommodate Children with Special Needs?
Kids First is proud of its long history of success including children with special challenges into regular programming. Help us help you! Communicating to the Department Leader any unique needs your child may have is crucial to our ability to create the best experience for your child.
SAFETY NOTE: If any child’s participation in any way jeopardizes the SAFETY of that child or another child or adult Kids First will request that a parent or adult caregiver be present in the classroom.

Check out our renowned and innovative Foundations program! Foundations offers integrative group occupational therapy, class inclusion one-on-one support with “Mergers”, Speech Therapy, and Aquatic Therapy! For more information CLICK HERE!

Do you offer Financial Assistance?

Financial Assistance is available as long as funds are available. To apply, please stop by Team Hospitality & pick up an application packet. Applications must be completed & returned to Team Hospitality. Decisions are made typically within 4 weeks of an application submission.
