Closing Procedures

1. This website is the OFFICIAL word on weather closings, announcements will be posted HERE first.

2. Special note to parents of Team Athletes—During multi-hour practice sessions in questionable weather please stay available by phone in case a mid-stream cancellation requires you to pick your athlete up early. Personal notices from your coach shall supersede postings here.

3. Don’t agree with our opening/closing decisions? Difficult travel for one does not mean difficult travel for all. Our closing decisions must accommodate Clients and Employees who live across a three state area as well as an operational day that spans 9am-9pm.

4. Please make your own driving decisions based on local conditions, your vehicle and your comfort level. 

5. Lastly, please be SAFE: in inclement weather always leave extra time and be extra careful.
