Small Target 5:1 Ratio...
We offer a Ratio of 5 children to 1 Teacher
Going 'above and beyond' for the safety and education of your child, we keep a small ratio.

Water Gear - What to Wear - It is mandatory that parents equip ALL non-potty trained children (learners, too) in Permanent Swim Diapers, as accidents in a pool can be a very costly event.
DO NOT SUBSTITUTE: plastic training pants; disposable swim diapers; regular diapers of any kind. Use ONLY the swim diapers that are available at the Kids First Beehive Gift Shop or the IDENTICAL brand from elsewhere.

Make-ups
To maintain our small, 5:1 target ratios it is necessary to have a make-up procedure that is different from other Kids First Programs. In Starfish, for missed classes (up to two per term) you will be issued a Pass for four into our Family Fun Swim. Family Fun Swim is a time for you and your child(ren) to come and enjoy the Starfish pool in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. The value of this '4 Pass' is $24.00 or $6.00 per person. Sorry, missed classes (including holidays) will NOT be refunded nor credited for future classes.

Registration
Our small, 5:1 target ratio makes it doubly important that you observe all registration procedures, as classes fill very quickly.
