From the latest in jewelry, ladies handbags and accessories as well as toys, games, and fun things for kids, you’ll find it in The Bee Hive Gift Shop.
But we don’t stop there! Our customers know that if they want the perfect Christmas decoration (think snowmen and ornaments), Halloween (ghosts, bats, ewwww!), or any holiday decor, The Bee Hive is the place!

Growing up on the east side of Cincinnati on a half acre of land backing into woods was the perfect upbringing for me. Many hours were spent walking trails and creeks beyond my backyard. Kids spent lots of time outdoors back then, riding bikes and playing games. (No cable, no video games back then!)
Active in sports when I was young, my children have a love of sports as well. In 1988 my daughters came to Queen City Gymnastics to be on the competitive team. Taking my kids to gymnastics practice I never thought I would meet the man of my dreams (the guy on the wall to my right)! Now, married to Jeff, and along with his children, we have five great children and grandchildren with more on the way! Jeff and I love to spend time with our kids and make a point of having regular family dinners as well as taking the crew on family vacations. Makes for a pretty lively family!
In 1991 The Bee Hive opened its doors. Small doors that they were at that time. Starting out in 60 sq. ft., The Bee Hive was a “pro-shop” providing supplies for Queen City’s students for their classes. It has since evolved into a “gift shop” still providing supplies for Kids First students, but now with jewelry, toys, ladies accessories and so much more.
I love traveling to markets searching out unique wares to bring back for you and your families. I’m constantly on the lookout for the new and unusual, the fun and the funky. So come in to The Bee Hive-- stop and say Hi! I’d love to see you!
