LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

We’re excited to introduce the first session of our Kids First Leadership Development Program. This is a unique and engaging opportunity for your child to build foundational leadership skills that will prepare them for their first job and help them stand out in school and extracurricular activities.

This session will focus on the culture and principles that Kids First is founded on. We will focus on how principles shape personal choices and leadership.

Details:Ages: 12–14 years
Price: $89 per session
- Each session includes 4 group huddles over 4 weeks, followed by optional opportunities to shadow coach alongside our staff

- You do not have to take prior sessions in order to enroll in sessions

Culture & Principles Sessions:

• First Huddle - January 23, 2026, 4:30-6:00pm
• Second Huddle - February 13, 4:30-6:00pm
• Third Huddle - February 27, 4:30-6:00pm
• Fourth Huddle - March 13, 4:30-6:00pm
