Jackie Pfirrman


Jackie began teaching with the Tumble Bee Department in March of 2024 after being a Swim School student as a small child.  Jackie quickly began to demonstrate a key Kids First employee characteristic; being of a growth mindset by getting out of her comfort zone, being quick to ask a question and attending every educational opportunity offered to her.  Jackie consistently treats students, clients and co-workers with Unconditional Respect which, along with the other Kids First 26 Points, makes her a perfect recipient of the Kids First Scholarship. We are thrilled to have been a part of Jackie's journey and are excited to watch her continued growth and positive influence outside of our walls.

Zach Busam


Congratulations to Zach Busam, Head Coach of our Girls Optional Queen City Gymnastics Team, on being honored with the First in Class Award!


Zach leads the team program with an unwavering commitment to athlete development both in their physical skills and in their character. While he has demonstrated incredible success in his coaching career, Zach's focus extends beyond the competitive floor and is grounded in building happy, healthy, responsible adults.
