2026 SECOND QUARTER
Rollin Brandeberry

Congratulations to Rollin Brandeberry, Ninja's Assistant Department Leader and Tumble Bee Teacher, on earning the First in Class Award.

Rollin shows up for the kids and for the staff every single day. Over a short time he has grown into a confident, respected leader here at Kids First. His passion, patience, and drive to keep learning have made him one of our most requested teachers and coaches.

Families request him by name. He is a key driver in multiple programs throughout the building.

"I am proud to work alongside him." - Reece, O'Hara, Ninja Department Leader

Thank you Rollin for all you do for Kids First!

2026 WINNER
Jackie Pfirrman

Jackie began teaching with the Tumble Bee Department in March of 2024 after being a Swim School student as a small child.  Jackie quickly began to demonstrate a key Kids First employee characteristic; being of a growth mindset by getting out of her comfort zone, being quick to ask a question and attending every educational opportunity offered to her.  Jackie consistently treats students, clients and co-workers with Unconditional Respect which, along with the other Kids First 26 Points, makes her a perfect recipient of the Kids First Scholarship. We are thrilled to have been a part of Jackie's journey and are excited to watch her continued growth and positive influence outside of our walls.

"Kids First has shaped me by helping me grow from a quiet, shy kid into a confident, compassionate young adult. In the next stage of my journey, I hope to take everything I have learned–resilience, leadership, and connection–and use it to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families who need it most." - Jackie Pfirrman

"Kids First helped me find my voice, and I carry that confidence into everything I do." - Jackie Pfirrman
