VENDOR AGREEMENTS:

Booth Space and Vendor Responsibility

• Vendor will be assigned a defined area in which to operate (by the event coordinator).
• All tents, attachments, generators, coolers, awnings, trailer tongues, tables, and chairs
• Parking outside of the defined and paved areas is prohibited, except for the purpose of setup or teardown before or after the event.
• Vendor is responsible for providing all items pertaining to its business, including, but not limited to, tent, tables, chairs, generators, etc.
• No smoking is permitted on The Kids First Village property.
• Vendor may only sell from defined area. No roaming and selling is permitted, unless authorized in advance.

Electricity and Water

• Electrical hookups are not available. Generators are permitted.
• Direct water hookup is not available. Limited supplies of water will be available, but the vendor must transport.
• Vendor is responsible for covering and/or taping down all cords, awnings, tents, etc. according to safety code.
• Ice is not available.

Rain and Weather

• There are no refunds for rain or any other weather related condition, unless the entire event is canceled.

Display of Permit

• Permit must be displayed at all times during the event.

Approval

• I understand that this application is not approved until it's been reviewed by a staff member.

Hold Harmless Clause
Applicant/Event Producer shall save and hold harmless Kids First Sports Center from and against all liability, claims and demands on account of personal injuries or property loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, which arises out of or be in any manner connected to the performance of this contract, regardless of whether such injury, loss, or damage shall be caused by, or be claimed to be caused, by the negligence of the permit holder or Kids First Sports Center; or by any agents or employees of any of the foregoing; or by accident; or otherwise.
The undersigned agrees to the terms of this agreement as outlined by Kids First Sports Center.
