LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

This program gives students the tools they need to stand out in school, prepare for future jobs, and make a positive impact in their teams and communities.

Through interactive group huddles and real-life junior coaching experiences, students will build confidence, practice public leadership, and learn how to create positive momentum in any setting.

Details:
Ages: 12–14 years
Price: $89 per session
- Each session includes 4 group huddles over 4 weeks, followed by optional opportunities to shadow coach alongside our staff

- You do not have to take prior sessions in order to enroll in sessions

Session Four: Business Leadership and Financial Literacy

• First Huddle - October 24, 4:30-6:00pm
• Second Huddle - November 7, 4:30-6:00pm
• Third Huddle - November 21, 4:30-6:00pm
• Fourth Huddle - December 12, 4:30-6:00pm
  

- This unit is taking all of the content we learned about inspiring others, communicating, and developing a culture and we are combining that with financial literacy and business strategy.

- Students are going to work to develop their own business plan   and how they would get others onboard!
